Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patient activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and positioning
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Document patient observations accurately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or enrollment in approved training program)
- Basic life support certification (will be provided if needed)
