Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning patients
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Support daily living activities for residents with dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Active Texas CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
