Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning patients
- Support nurses with medical equipment and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Texas CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic CPR certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
