Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident conditions
- Support mobility and transportation needs safely
- Deliver emotional companionship and resident engagement

- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
