Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist patients with nutritional needs and meal service
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and medical equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Document patient observations accurately and timely
- Support nursing staff with clinical procedures and daily tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current California CNA certification mandatory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
