Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, health status, and residents' preferences
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Support medication administration under nurse supervision
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family members
- Participate in care planning and team meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine compassion for seniors
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care protocols
