Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patients' activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Tennessee CNA certification preferred (training available)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR certification within 30 days of hire
