Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations
- Support healthcare professionals with medical procedures and documentation
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control protocols
- Build trust through empathetic communication with patients and families
Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
