Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and behavioral changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support daily living activities and maintain resident hygiene
- Collaborate with nurses and care team for coordinated resident care
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current Arizona CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly care
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to flexible shifts
- Background check and health screening clearance
