Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Support dining services and mealtime assistance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must hold or obtain Oklahoma CNA certification
- Basic life support (CPR) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
