Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Maintain clean, sanitized resident living areas
- Collaborate with nurses on care plans and medication administration
- Support social activities and emotional wellbeing of residents
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA certification or enrollment in approved training program
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, evening, weekend)
- No experience required – training provided!
