Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction control
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment per OSHA standards
- Manage patient intake, chart updates, and digital records
- Provide chairside support and post-operative care instructions
- Order supplies and maintain inventory of clinical materials
- Facilitate smooth patient flow between appointments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong desire to learn dental procedures and protocols
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy for digital record management
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte location
