Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and perform basic lab tests under supervision
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain patient confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and handle front-desist administrative duties
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clean exam rooms
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
