Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Administer injections and perform basic laboratory tests
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Stock medical supplies and ensure infection control protocols
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Basic computer proficiency (EHR systems training provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR certification (will be provided upon hire)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Background check and drug screen required
