- Administer medications and vaccinations under provider supervision
- Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen processing
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Conduct patient intake and vital sign measurements
- Coordinate telehealth appointments for remote patient consultations
- Maintain sterile examination environments and medical supplies
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA/MA certification preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
