Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in processes, ensuring accurate data entry into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by assisting with draping and positioning, and by providing instructions.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, such as blood draws, urinalysis, and EKGs, under the supervision of a licensed provider.
  • Assist physicians during minor procedures and clinical examinations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized examination room, ensuring all medical equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
  • Manage patient files and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is a plus but not mandatory.
  • No prior experience required; we are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
