Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms with sterile instruments
- Perform vital signs measurements and basic lab tests
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CMA or RMA certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid CPR certification (will train)
- Pass background check and drug screening
