Responsibilities

- Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and resolve claim denials
- Maintain patient records with accurate billing documentation
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and insurance representatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and billing regulations
- Utilize Epic EMR and NextGen billing software daily
Qualifications
