Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in shift handoffs and team huddles for continuity of care
- Assist in emergency response situations as per training protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with emotional resilience
