Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active RN license in Tennessee or ability to obtain prior to start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotations in medical-surgical, critical care, or emergency settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
