Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across various departments
- Implement patient safety protocols and infection control measures
- Attend mandatory residency training and continuing education
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Oregon RN license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care principles
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
