Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health maintenance and discharge plans
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in clinical rotations across specialty units
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) required
- Active Washington State RN license or eligibility
- Recent graduates (within 6 months) strongly encouraged
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
