Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across multiple units under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active RN license in Maryland (or eligible)
- Recent graduate or less than 1 year of clinical experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with electronic health records
