Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care with compassion and precision across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Adhere to HIPAA and Joint Commission standards

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in District of Columbia
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
