Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and report changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
