Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care with compassion and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Document patient records accurately using Epic EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Participate in rapid response and emergency care protocols
- Adhere to NY State nursing regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active NY State RN license or eligibility
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Graduation within last 12 months or new license holders
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
