Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active DC RN license (or eligible to obtain)
- BSN degree from accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Passion for patient advocacy
- Completion of NCLEX within 3 months of hire
