Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse medical units under direct supervision
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor vital signs and respond to patient changes promptly
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
