Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital infection control procedures
- Participate in shift handovers and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) required
- Active Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- New graduates and nurses with 0-2 years experience encouraged to apply
