Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines with precision
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist in emergency situations and rapid response protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Georgia RN license (or eligible)
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
