Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN preceptors
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team on patient care plans
- Assist in emergency response situations
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in Indiana (or eligible)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital setting
- Basic computer proficiency for EMR documentation
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules
