Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signsCollaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active Illinois RN license or eligibility
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotations)
- Pass background check and drug screening
