Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans and established protocols
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to interventions
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) required
- Active Colorado RN license or eligibility for immediate licensure
- Completion of nursing clinical rotations within the past 12 months
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
