Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care under supervision in medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes promptly
- Assist in emergency situations and code responses

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active NM RN license or eligible for immediate licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
