Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient monitoring and telehealth consultations
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient encounters using electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Conduct virtual health assessments and education
- Respond to patient inquiries via secure messaging systems
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Florida RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and tech proficiency
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Pass background check and drug screening

- EHR system experience (Epic preferred)
