Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in hospital and remote monitoring settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams via virtual platforms
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Provide health education to patients and families via telehealth sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado
- Pass NCLEX-RN examination (or scheduled within 3 months)
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
