Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control procedures

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (or eligible to obtain within 90 days)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
