Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient observations and interventions in electronic health records with precision
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
- Participate in shift handoffs and care coordination activities
Qualifications
- Valid California RN license (or eligibility to obtain within 30 days)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtainable within orientation period)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
