Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medication administration under supervision
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Implement care plans and educate patients/families
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and team huddles

Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Oregon RN license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends

- Willingness to complete hospital orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
