Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions with appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with either an ADN or BSN degree
- Active Georgia RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
