Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of charge nurses
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in emergency response protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Adhere to hospital safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Colorado RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled)
- BLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
- No experience required – we train new graduates!
