Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with composure and clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or compact state license eligible for GA endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Completion of clinical rotations or new graduate residency program
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and changing priorities
