Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and care planning under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document clinical observations in Epic EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain sterile environments during procedures
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Respond to emergency situations with ACLS protocols
Qualifications
- Active MN RN license (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
- Strong communication skills in English
- No prior nursing experience required
- Must pass pre-employment health screening
