Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Patient Assessments: Evaluate patient health status, identify needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, adhering to safety protocols.
- Health Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) using our proprietary software.

Qualifications
- Active RN License: Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee (or compact state eligibility).
