Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care across diverse units including ICU, ER, and oncology
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Document patient progress using Epic EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in 24/7 rotational coverage
- Adhere to JCAHO and HIPAA compliance standards
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active MI RN license (or eligible)
- Pass NCLEX within 3 months of hire
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuing education
- No clinical experience required (new grads welcome)
