Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Monitor patient vitals and medication administration remotely
- Document clinical information accurately in EHR systems
- Provide patient education on health management
- Respond to emergency situations via virtual triage
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or eligible)
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- New graduates with <1 year experience encouraged
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Proficient in telehealth technology and EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
