Responsibilities
- Del compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and recovery progress with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active RN license in New Mexico or ability to obtain immediately
- Recent nursing graduate or <1 year of clinical experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
