Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and discharge plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
