Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and health consultations via telehealth platform
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for remote patient populations

- Deliver patient education on health conditions and medication management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for remote care delivery
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience (new graduates welcome)
- BLS/CPR certification required
