Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse medical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient progress in EMR systems
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance standards
- Attend monthly skills workshops and clinical simulations
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with 6-month commitment)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (training provided)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Completion of clinical rotation in acute care setting

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
